"Refund took a little while, but it was fine"
i mean, the return process was easy overall. The refund took a bit longer than I expected, but it all worked out in the end

"Tracking was good, just a little slow to start"
I ordered a case from woopcase.com and overall it went smoothly. The only thing was the tracking didn’t update right away, it sat on processing for the first day or two so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on.
Once the tracking link came through, it was easy to follow and the delivery showed up within the time they gave me. It wasn’t the fastest shipping ever, but it was fine, I’d just like the tracking to update a bit sooner next time

"I realized I had put in the..."
I realized I had put in the wrong address after placing my order, so I reached out to support. They got back to me really quickly and fixed it without making it a big ordeal. Super easy process, and it saved me from dealing with a delivery issue later. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Fit wasn’t quite right"
I got this case for my phone model, but... it just doesn’t fit the way I expected. The buttons are kind of hard to press, and the camera cutout is a little off. It looks okay, but it doesn’t really feel as compatible as it should.

"Pretty fair match to the preview"
The case came out looking really close to the preview, so I feel like that’s fair to mention. There was a small difference in the color, but nothing too major. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Solid case, honestly happy with it"
I got my phone case last week and I’m actually impressed with it. It feels nice and sturdy in my hand, and the print came out really clean, not blurry or cheap-looking at all, which was a nice little win.
The only reason I’d keep it at 4 stars is that the edges feel a bit stiff when I’m pressing the buttons. It’s not a huge issue, just something I noticed. Overall though, I’m happy with it and glad I picked it up.

"It came way quicker than I thought..."
It came way quicker than I thought it would, and I didn’t have any issues with the shipping at all

"Pretty overpriced for what you get"
The case is fine and does the job, but it feels way too pricey for what it is. It’s not bad, just not really worth the cost in my opinion
